🎟️ Ticket Sales & Revenue Split

30% of ticket sales revenue is split among all participating artists at each event

📸 Media & Copyright

Bands may record, film, and photograph their own performances for promotion

Please note: no copyrighted cover songs without the proper license

📢 Promotion & Event Materials

To ensure successful promotion, all artists must:

Upload a tech rider, cover image, bio, and a short 9:16 promo video (for social media)

Share materials in a dedicated PowerIndie.com cloud folder (named after your band)

Coordinate event promotion with PowerIndie.com and the venue

🎵 Performance Terms

To ensure strong audience turnout, artists should not perform in Berlin within one month before their PowerIndie.com show

If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 1 week in advance

❗ Important Terms

No minimum contract – cancel anytime

No refunds – payments already made are non-refundable

Cancelation = gig cancelation – if you cancel your subscription, future gigs are also canceled

Insurance – we do not cover equipment or personal insurance
