Developed in collaboration with Ned Steinberger, the compact, lightweight and easy-to-use D'Addario Micro Headstock Tuner is ideal for precisely tuning all types of string instruments. The highly sensitive piezo pickup and illuminated display ensure easy and precise tuning even in noisy environments or poorly lit rooms. Thanks to its compact design, the tuner, mounted under the headstock, is virtually invisible to the audience and even fits in (almost) any case without having to remove it. With the 360° swivel mechanism and adjustable clamp, the NS Micro offers an optimal viewing angle due to the flexibility in positioning. Not only does the NS Micro feel at home on left- or right-handed instruments (with small or large headstocks), it is also the right choice for a wide range of instruments, from 5-string basses to ukulele. The NS Micro has an easy-to-read, color-changing illuminated display that is easy to read on dark stages as well as in direct sunlight. The "auto-off" function (the tuner switches off automatically after a few minutes) significantly extends the life of the included CR2032 battery. The latest version of the highly acclaimed and precise D'Addario Headstock Tuner software allows calibration between 410 Hz and 480 Hz.
